Churchill railway station is a railway station located in the town of Churchill, Manitoba, Canada. It is served by the Hudson Bay Railway owned by the U.S-based OmniTRAX, as well as the national passenger carrier, Via Rail Canada. The station is located 820 kilometers (510 mi) northeast from The Pas, Manitoba, on the shore of Hudson Bay.
The railway to Churchill was originally built by the Canadian National and completed in 1929. The Churchill railway station is a national heritage railway station in 1992, and has been restored to its former glory by the federal government.[2] The station building now includes a museum.
